Giving ... How You Can Help
Operating an
active Sea Scout Ship is an expensive endeavor. Little
things like fuel costs, maintenance fees, parts,
uniforms, and food all add up. Although we try to earn
as much as possible through various fundraisers
something always comes up that requires additional
funds. Find out how you can help, either through our
donation program or by becoming an Official Sponsor of
South Florida Squadron, BSA:

Become an Individual or Corporate Sponsor
CLIPPER
A
$3,000 sponsorship makes you a Clipper class sponsor.
You or your company will receive a personal thank you
from the entire crew as well as your company’s logo and
name on the front page of our website, plus a written
thank-you letter with a crew photograph.
SCHOONER
A $1,500
sponsorship makes you a Schooner class sponsor.
You or your company will receive a handsome thank you
from the crew, as well as your company’s logo and name
on the front page of our website, plus a written
thank-you letter.
SLOOP
A
$1,000 sponsorship makes you a Sloop class sponsor.
You or your company will receive a handsome thank you from the
crew plus a written thank-you letter.
SAIL-SHIP
For $500
you can sponsor a Sea Scout! This represents the cost of
their dress and work uniforms, shirts and hats, their
slice of Friends of Scouting, fuel and food costs for an
entire year! These sail-ships are awarded to the most
excited youth who are unable (or would find it
difficult) to afford some of our events.
